Semi-Retired? Retired? IVC May Be For You!
The Ignatian Volunteer Corps pairs men and women 50 years and older with non-profit agencies seeking to build service capacity. IVC Service Corps Members commit to:
- serving 15 hours a week at a partner agency from September to June:
- growing deeper in their faith by reflecting and praying in the Ignatian tradition; and
- meeting monthly with other IVC Service Corps Members and a spiritual reflector.
IVC Service Corps Members serve as tutors, employment counselors, food pantry volunteers, companions to the elderly, and more!
