Potential Placements:
Anchor Center for Blind Children- Assist with the meal placements and support teachers at an inclusive preschool.
Catholic Charities—A wide variety of positions are available working in their shelters, affordable housing, family support services, women’s services, early childhood programs, and a variety of other capacity building opportunities.
Jesuit Refugee Services- Mobilize the migrant accompaniment program in Denver by supporting volunteers and assisting newcomers.
Jesuit Worldwide Learning- An online program teaching refugees who are living in refugee camps through Regis University. A variety of teaching posts available. Applicant must have Master’s Degree in the area they want to teach.
Meals on Wheels Nourish- Providing meals to older people and those with disabilities. Seeking both administrative assistance and programming support.
Mile High Behavioral Healthcare- Possibilities with assisting at the Aurora Day Resource Center, Miracles Project or Aspen Miracle Center.
Ronald McDonald House- Home for families facing medical crisis. Assist in preparing food and serving families with new Chef program.
Stand-up For Kids- Provide outreach to youth on the streets, giving basic resources and referrals. Outreach coordination and volunteer coordination are needed.
