IVC New England Service Site Opportunities for 2020-2021

IVC New England projected placements for the upcoming year include:

Boston area:

  • A Faith That Does Justice (Boston) – director of community outreach (bilingual English and Spanish preferred), director of advancement, and other opportunities (all are remote) (www.faith-justice.org/volunteer/)
  • Cristo Rey Boston High School (Dorchester) – campus minister, classroom aide/tutor (www.cristoreyboston.org)
  • ESAC (Jamaica Plain) – human services volunteer with senior clients (esacboston.org)  
  • ETHOS (Jamaica Plain) – client service outreach to older and disabled adults (www.ethocare.org)
  • Hearth, Inc. (Boston) – concierge at Olmstead Green elderly housing, human resources at South End offices (www.hearth-home.org)
  • L’Arche Boston North (Haverhill) – Homemade Hummus program for adults with disabilities (www.larchebostonnorth.org)
  • My Brother’s Keeper (Easton) – food assistance program assistant; administrative assistant (mybrotherskeeper.org)

  • Catholic Charities (San Diego) – remote opportunity to assist Emergency Food Distribution Network with San Diego area parishes several days per week (ccdsd.org/efdn)
