    Working on compliance and operations for a local bank, which had purchased the insurance agency she and her husband ran for years, Marcia Noto needed a change. She found it by volunteering to implement the Director of Operations position at The NativityMiguel Middle School of Buffalo which has helped the school’s principal focus more time on fundraising efforts.

    For over 20 years Food Bank staff talked about a bar code system to better track their inventory but the issue was the time to implement it. Enter Bill Thomson. Bill wanted to give back but was not sure how.

    The last place IVC volunteer Al Culliton expected to be was in a federal medium-security prison but that is where his assignment to Peaceprints of WNY took him.
