Below are the steps Imagine IVC will follow. During this momentous process, we will be sending out regular updates to each of you so you are aware of the progress being made. Those updates will also be added to the Updates section of Imagine IVC, a link to which will appear in the menu at left.

October 10, 2023 – Registration for Imagine IVC Visioning Sessions and Imagine IVC Survey Open

October 17, 2023 – First Visioning Session, 12:00PM-2:00PM EST

November 2023 – One-on-one interviews with IVC community members begin

October 31, 2023 – Imagine IVC Survey closes

November 1, 2023 – Second Visioning Session, 4:00PM-6:00PM EST

November 11, 2023 – Third Visioning Session, 10:00AM-12:00PM EST

December 7, 2023 – Fourth Visioning Session, 4:00PM-6:00PM EST

December 31, 2023 – One-on-one interviews conclude

January 2024 – Survey of Jesuits begins

February 18, 2024 – Survey of the Jesuits closes

March 15-17, 2024 – IVC National Board Retreat
